Do you often use the same account assignment on a creditor? With the new account assignment templates, you can save an account assignment as a template and quickly add it when you need it.
There are two types of templates, private and public.
Private templates
All users can create private account templates in all profiles/folders, to which only the individual user has access.
Public templates
Public account templates can be created by users who are members of a group with the right to create them (see the Setup section).
All users can view and use public templates in folders/profiles where it is possible to edit the account assignment.

The right to create public account assignment templates is set on the group:
Administration → Security → Groups → [Group] → Security
Create account assignment template
A new account assignment template is created by clicking on the icon in the top right corner of the account assignment or by using the shortcut keys CTRL+SHIFT+T
Choose whether the template should be Private or Public, and give the template a name.
It is possible for a private and a public template to have the same name.
Templates belong to the creditor selected on the document at creation.
The template will include the account assignment lines that are on the document.
Select account assignment template
An account assignment template is selected by clicking on the icon in the top right corner of the account assignment or by using shortcut keys CTRL+T

Press +
to the left of the icons to see which account lines are on the template or click →
(arrow to the right).
If a template is selected on a document where account assignment lines have already been added, all existing lines will be deleted if the template is added.
Delete account assignment template
To delete an account assignment template, open the list of account assignment templates and click Delete
