Unfortunately, we are experiencing operational problems after the latest update.

We are working hard to resolve the issue and apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

 

We are working to solve the problem. If you are running the new version, you can remove it and install version 4.5.7.0 from the link: https://batchflow.dk/download .

We are working on a new version (4.5.8.1), which will be available via the automatic update, or can be downloaded from our download page.

We will notify you as soon as the new version is available, and apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

e-conomic
Unfortunately, we are experiencing problems with the integration to e-conomic. Some customers will experience that they do not get updated master data and cannot export invoices. We are working to resolve this issue. We will contact you during the day if you are one of the affected customers. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.

We are currently experiencing problems loading invoices into BatchFlow and are working hard to resolve the issue.
We will keep you updated when there is news on the matter and apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

At the moment Paperflow are unfortunately experiencing increased processing time in their basic scanning solution, meaning that there is a chance they will exceed the SLA of 60 minutes on some of your vouchers.

They are working hard to bring us down to normal time and apologize for the inconvenience caused.

We are currently experiencing problems loading documents from Paperflow into BatchFlow.

Paperflow is currently experiencing longer processing times for invoices with validation.

They are working on the issue and expect the processing time to normalize by the end of the week.

We find that some customers do not receive emails regarding new user creation, forgotten password and documents for approval.
