At the moment Paperflow are unfortunately experiencing increased processing time in their basic scanning solution, meaning that there is a chance they will exceed the SLA of 60 minutes on some of your vouchers.

They are working hard to bring us down to normal time and apologize for the inconvenience caused.

We are currently experiencing problems loading documents from Paperflow into BatchFlow.
We are working to resolve the issue and apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

There are currently no operational problems.

Paperflow is currently experiencing longer processing times for invoices with validation.

They are working on the issue and expect the processing time to normalize by the end of the week.

The problem with receiving mails is solved.

We find that some customers do not receive emails regarding new user creation, forgotten password and documents for approval.

We are working to solve the problem.
